I’m looking for Sarah Connor…
Ok so my Schwartzenegger accent needs a little work but with the writer’s strike ongoing, it’s hard to find good entertainment these days. Leslie and I have blown up our Netflix account and it’s hard to say what we are going to watch on television every night. We are true TV junkies of the worst kind that record at least 12 different shows a week, and you know it’s bad when you have to purchase a separate DVR because the one in the living room can’t tape three shows in one single hour period. With that said, I’ve been on the lookout for new shows that might catch our interest until the strike is over. One is ‘Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles’ which is set to air on Sunday January 13 on Fox at 7:00pm CST. I just might have to add this show to my DVR and check out what all the promotion is about…

From the creators of “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines,” this series is set after the events of “Terminator 2: Judgment Day.” After the sacrifices of Dr. Miles Dyson and T-800 Model 101 Terminator, the Connors find themselves once again being stalked by Skynet’s agents from the future. Realizing their nightmare isn’t over, they decide to stop running and focus on preventing the birth of Skynet. With the aid of Cameron Phillips, a beautiful girl who has a mysterious past also linked to the future, they begin a quest stop the United States military from creating the program that will bring humanity to an end.
That being said, I’ll be back with a review after the series premier. There I go with the Arnie accent again…
Jericho is BACK!
That’s right, the once-cancelled CBS primetime drama which centered around a small town suffering from post nuclear attack is back. If you don’t watch Jericho I suggest you stop what you’re doing and go buy Season 1 on DVD or download, you have until February 12th to get up to date.
This show stars Skeet Ulrich (Scream, The Newton Boys) as a main character and is probably one of my favorite shows. After being cancelled many sites popped up that were attempting to save the show. A group actually sent CBS nuts (tons of them) until their response was noted and became one of ‘the most unprecedented shows of support’ according to CBS.
February 12th… and from where I’m sitting you got some shows to watch!
